Welcome to Plan to End Well, LLC. This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by [Melinda Rozear/Plan to End Well, LLC]. This Site is an ecommerce platform designed to provide end-of-life advocacy, educational resources, and consulting services.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

1. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Plan to End Well, LLC and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files (such as The Plan, The Letter, and The Tribute), and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. You may use these for personal planning, but they may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

2. No Professional Advice

  • Not Legal or Financial Advice: We are not attorneys or financial planners. Our services do not replace the need for professional legal or financial counsel regarding wills, trusts, or estate law.
  • Not Medical Advice: We are not medical professionals. Information regarding end-of-life care is for educational purposes and should not be treated as medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

  • You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information.
  • All personal information you provide is up to date, accurate, and truthful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our Site illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

4. Sale of Goods and Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the following available on our Site:

  • Goods: Digital resources, PDFs, and planning guides.
  • Services: Advocacy consulting, The Plan, The Letter, and The Honoring courses/sessions.

All services must be paid for in full when ordered. While we strive for accuracy in all descriptions and images of our goods and services, we are not legally bound by such information and cannot guarantee total accuracy. You agree to purchase at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary.

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew and you will be billed until we receive notification of cancellation. To cancel, please log into your account or contact us via email.

6. Payments

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card and Affirm. By providing payment information, you authorize us to use and access the chosen payment instrument and charge the amount due. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions if we believe they violate any law or these Terms.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds for Services: Services will be fully refunded if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. *if cancelling a guided package, the cost of the digital download / online class will be deducted from refund. 
  • Refunds for Goods: Requests must be made within 15 days of receipt if the good does not meet expectations.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Digital products (including artwork, PDFs, and downloadable resources) cannot be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Plan to End Well, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Plan to End Well, LLC from any actions, claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Applicable Law and Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. If any provisions are found to be invalid under applicable law, those provisions will be deemed void, but the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time to maintain compliance with the law or reflect changes in our operations. We will notify users by email or by posting a notice on our Site.
