Effective Date: January 12, 2026
At Plan to End Well, LLC, we are committed to providing heart-centered advocacy and high-quality resources. We understand that end-of-life planning can be an unpredictable journey, and we have established the following policies to be as fair and transparent as possible.
We dedicate significant time to prepare for our sessions together. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service (such as The Plan, The Letter, or The Honoring sessions):
Some of our offerings include both a live service and a digital component, such as an online class or downloadable guide. If you cancel a guided package at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a refund minus the retail cost of the digital download or online class included in that package. Once a digital component has been accessed or downloaded, that portion of the package price is considered non-refundable.
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, all sales of digital products—including artwork, PDFs, templates, and online course materials—are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have purchased a physical product and it does not meet your expectations, refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a refund request, please email mindy@plantoendwell.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
