Intellectual property. All content — including emails, written materials, and resources — is the property of Plan to End Well, LLC. Content is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.
Your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of your information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability. Plan to End Well, LLC and its owner will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of this site or its content.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
What you get. A weekly email from Mindy Rozear containing a personal reflection, one planning prompt, and one legacy letter invitation. Subscribers also receive access to Wren, a chatbot trained on Plan to End Well materials.
Billing. $22/month, billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. We accept credit card payments.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing mindy@plantoendwell.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Monthly subscriptions. Because emails are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

What we collect. When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. We may also collect basic usage data through our platform (AttractWell) to understand how the site is being used.
How we use it. Your information is used to deliver your weekly emails, process payments, and communicate with you about your subscription. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processing).
Email communications. By subscribing, you consent to receive the weekly Plan to End Well email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
SMS. If you opt in to text messages, standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. Use this site at your own discretion.
